Welcome to my website and thank you for browsing!
I am one of a new innovative group of Marriage Celebrants appointed by the Attorney-General of Australia in 1995 and am a member of the Australian Federation of Civil Celebrants located in Sydney.
An obligation-free meeting will assure you of my genuine love for people, which is reflected in my approach to couples & the feeling that I put into writing personalised wedding ceremonies for them. A sense of humour is paramount in my philosophy of life.
I get to know each couple before writing something special just for them, and become a friend & confidante as well as their celebrant. Their feedback is rewarding and important to me and makes me want to give my best in everything I do. This is reflected in the Award I received as “2005 Winner of the ABIA Award for Excellence” and most recently "2007 ABD Winner for Outstanding Customer Service", as voted by couples.
Educated, articulate and culturally diverse, I have a flair for languages which has brought about a new dimension to my celebrant work. Before becoming a Celebrant I was a flight attendant, model & fashion compére. And… the most rewarding job of all: wife and mother!
I have also worked on stage and participated in elocution and debating - all of which stands me in good stead when delivering a ceremony with total professionalism. A top Sydney radio station has used my services on more than one occasion and has gone live to air with my personally composed & delivered ceremonies.
Although located on the North Shore of Sydney in the leafy suburb of St Ives, I travel to other areas - eastern suburbs, Sydney CBD and Northern Beaches.
My name is of Persian origin: “Beh” means good, beautiful or auspicious; and “roze” means day. And it is so prophetic that I should be in this line of work in which I give my couples and their families a good beautiful day!"
I have been married to my wonderful man, Jimmy, who is mainly responsible for my being told that I look younger than I am. He keeps me looking and feeling young. We immigrated to Australia with our two daughters in 1972 and Sydney is our home. I am Australian and love this country with a passion - the same passion that I share with my couples for whom I perform wedding ceremonies.
